

Magenta netLogic Ltd enters US market through a new venture
to offer
web-based integrated pricing and service delivery to the telecommunications
industry
Chicago – May 4, 2004 -- Magenta
netLogic Ltd, United Kingdom, announces that it will enter the
US market through a new venture with 20/20 Technologies. The
company will be jointly headquartered in Chicago, Illinois and
Salford, UK and will be known as Magenta netLogic.
This new venture will offer a web-based system that will
provide accurate pricing, design and inventory information
for telecom providers, telecom integrators, cellular providers
and ISP globally. “Our primary goal is to develop an
integrated pricing and delivery mechanism that will allow
the industry as a whole to be more effective. This new system
will reduce cost and delivery time for local loops, POP to
POP long haul circuits, and end-to-end circuits in the United
States and around the world,” states George King, president
of Magenta netLogic.
Magenta already offers a tariff and custom contract pricing
and design tool for over 35 international service providers,
supporting the top international carriers in the world. It
currently supports 4000 tariffs and over 8 million data elements
of supply. The combined company plans to offer a ground breaking
web-based product that will combine the existing tariff database
with competitive pricing and inventory information in the
US and globally. The first version will have more than 1 million
data elements associated with the US.
