
Our management team has experience in telecommunications operations, finance,
marketing and sales, software development, knowledge management
and consulting. The team is distributed among our
United States and United Kingdom locations. Magenta netLogic,
Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of 20/20 Technologies, Inc.
The principal headquarters of the companies are located in
Chicago, IL (USA) and Manchester (UK) with offices in New York and London.
PATRICK SHUTT - CEO.
Mr. Shutt serves as Chief Executive Officer of Magenta and
20/20 Technologies, Inc. and is a 16-year
telecommunications industry veteran. Most recently he was
founder, Chairman, and CEO of Universal Access, a company
providing off-network connectivity to carriers, service providers
and some large enterprise clients. While at Universal Access
the company grew its revenues from $0 to a $144 million run
rate. Additionally, Mr. Shutt led the company through its
initial public offering with a valuation in excess of $3 billion.
Previously, Mr. Shutt was associated with Sprint, Cable &
Wireless, Teleport Communications Group (TCG), and Arista
Communications. Mr. Shutt holds a B.A. and an MBA from Wagner
College.

GEORGE KING - CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER & VICE CHAIRMAN
Mr. King serves as Chief Development Officer of Magenta and 20/20 Technologies, Inc.
and is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of 20/20 Technologies, Inc . He served as 20/20
Technologies, Inc.’s President and as a member of its Board of Directors from its inception to
June 2005, at which time he assumed the role of Chief Development Officer, engaged in various corporate development
and business development activities. Prior to co-founding 20/20 Technologies,
Inc. in 2003, Mr. King served in various capacities for Universal Access, Inc., including President, Customer
Satisfaction and Europe; President, Client Services and Development; and Chief Development Officer . Mr. King
also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Universal Access, Inc. from inception to February 1999.
Prior to joining Universal Access, Inc., Mr. King served as a managing director of Cambridge Partners, LLC and
senior managing director for Hudson AIPF, LLC, a corporate finance and project finance advisory firm. Mr. King
began his career with the New York law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon and the investment banking
firm Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. King holds an A.B. from Colgate University and a J.D. from the Fordham
University School of Law, where he was editor in chief of the law journal. Mr. King is the author of two books
on federal securities law, federal tax law and investment banking.

JONATHAN WYNNE EVANS - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
& DIRECTOR, UK OPERATIONS
Mr. Wynne Evans served as the Managing Director of Magenta
netLogic from foundation in 1998 until March 2004. Mr. Wynne
Evans, during this period, steered the expansion of Magenta
including the building of the various tariff, data, and technical
assets, and the global customer base that comprised the bulk
of the Magenta value proposition. Prior to joining Magenta,
Mr. Wynne Evans’ career included more than 20 years
in property development (1989 City of London Heritage Award),
science research, investment and management. Mr. Wynne Evans,
a graduate in Law of Cambridge University, resides in England.

ANDY BERQUIST - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT –
CONSULTING SERVICES
Mr. Berquist is a telecommunications industry veteran with
over 20 years of business experience. He began his telecom
career with US-based consultancy, Network Strategies, where
he was involved with Merrill Lynch's rollout of AT&T's
Customer Controlled Reconfiguration services. Mr. Berquist
also worked at US West on the NetCenter network management
products. In the late 1980's he moved to the UK and founded
Salford Networking International. In 1997, SNI transitioned
to Magenta netLogic, where he drove strategic development
of pricing and optimisation tools and related products. Mr.
Berquist holds a Masters of Engineering in Operations Research
from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied
Mathematics from Union College.

PHIL DOYLE - CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Mr. Doyle's background includes more than eleven years experience
developing software for the telecommunications industry.
A founder of Magenta, he previously was Technical Director. Prior
to Magenta he was Development manager at netFusion and Managing
Director of LANalysis Ltd. His technical expertise includes
modeling and analysis of Local and Wide Area Networks as well
as their installation, configuration and maintenance, and software
and database development. Mr. Doyle holds a 2.1 Honours Degree
in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Manchester Metropolitan
University.

NIGEL MEACHAM - SENIOR PARTNER– NETSYSTEMS
SALES
Mr. Meacham has nearly twenty years sales experience including more
than sixteen selling software to the telecommunications
industry. In 1991 he co-founded Salford Networking International
(SNI). At SNI, he led sales and marketing of netIPT and netVESPA
, as well as being involved in a number of network design
consultancy projects including RBoS, Ministry of Defence and
The National Grid. In 1998, he formed Magenta netLogic, where
he was Sales Director, selling to, and growing the majority
of, the company's existing accounts. Mr. Meacham has a 2.i
degree in Business Studies.
